1.分類整理，善於歸納

在讀懂材料的同時，要對所讀材料進行整理、分類，從而過濾出自己所需的`有用資訊，在通常情況下，表格所涉及的內容都具有一定的規律性，可能是同一個問題的幾個不同方面，也可能是幾個不同問題的同一方面，或是幾個不同問題的不同方面，等等。比如涉及幾項活動舉行的時間、地點、原因、方式等。
