　一、What do you expect from your supervisor?

I appreciate a work environment where supervisors try to make personal connections with their employees. In my last job, I liked the fact that management did not show favoritism, and they understood employees’ needs, as well as their strengths. Of course, these things take time to learn, but I would want my supervisor to try to know me in that way.

I would like my supervisor to have the proper qualities to guide his or her employees. He should have a decision-taking tendency and be able to control his team and team members. He must have the capacity to lead the team according to circumstances.

As a freshman in the workplace, I can adapt myself to any type of environment. I will put all of my efforts towards your company’s success. I will apply innovative ideas, work hard and learn new things eagerly for the development of your company in such a competitive industry.

As I am a freshman, I can’t say that I am the best for our organization, but I think you can hire me because I can easily mingle with team members and will give my best for the company’s development. For work, we need to know what we are doing, and then the work experience will come. And when we realize what our job is, we will do our best because of our interest.

My biggest strength is tenacity.

All my past employers and business associates have said I am tenacious.

I have to see a project through to the finish no matter what challenges I encounter along the way.

I tend to be a perfectionist.

While doing the marketing research I just mentioned, I went a bit overboard. I researched over 200 articles and my report was over 100 pages.

They would say I'm a self-starter, highly motivated, energetic and goal-oriented,
